All piping Welding jobs design and also drawing isometric diagrams for water loops and Welding jobs.

CIP jobs for all water treatment units ( UF, RO, EDI….. etc ).

Create and Reporting all operation / maintenance SOP’s for water station، Preparation systems and boilers.

Create DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ protocols for water treatment stations .

Perform maintenance for all water treatment equipment’s and pumps.

Perform a validation control for new water station systems.

Operation & maintenance for aa water treatment and sterile systems (Pretreatment /UF units / purified water generation unit / distillation unit / PSGU / Autoclaves / Boilers / filling machines / compressors / HVAC and BMS systems & Preparation tanks ).

Perform Cooling towers loops , chilled water loops & Boilers water treatment programs .

–  Performing of tanks Spray ball coverage test ( Riboflavin test) for pharmaceutical tanks for checking the effectiveness of CIP cycle and tanks spray balls .

Solving fouling problems on RO membranes and water treatment units  .

Biofilm removing techniques from pharmaceutical water loops and systems.

Performing the pure steam quality tests.

Performing Air filters integrity tests .

Steam Boilers operation, Maintenance and troubleshooting’s.

Designing the Steam Pipelines Loops .

Designing preparation systems including CIP & SIP techniques.
